About the Author - Howard L. Feinstein has devoted his professional life to working for the protection and enforcement of civil rights for all Americans. Throughout his distinguished career at the U.S. Department of Justice, he sought justice for victims of the Ku Klux Klan and other racially-motivated terrorist organizations and individuals and also pursued matters involving housing and employment discrimination, school desegregation, and sex discrimination.
