About the Author — Scott Hartley, author of The Fuzzy and the Techie: Why the Liberal Arts Will Rule the Digital World, is a venture capitalist and startup advisor. He has been a partner at Mohr Davidow Ventures and venture partner at Metamorphic Ventures. Prior to VC, he worked at the White House as a Presidential Innovation Fellow, at Google, Facebook, and at Harvard’s Berkman Center for Internet & Society. He holds a BA from Stanford University, an MA and an MBA from Columbia University. He is a Term Member at the Council on Foreign Relations.
